The skylight is equipped with remote operated solar powered blinds. The homeowners can operate the blinds with ease, and they can also open and close based on sunlight or time of day.  As for the shingles, we installed Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Estate Gray which provides both aesthetic appeal and durable protection.
