A written estimate or proposal signed by both parties constitutes the binding service agreement
Pricing is subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes discovered during the work
Availability of scheduling is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Neighborhood Roofing
Online quote tools and calculators are provided for general reference only and do not represent a firm price commitment

Insurance claims and third-party financing:

If your project involves an insurance claim or third-party financing, final pricing and scope are subject to approval by the relevant insurer or lender. Neighborhood Roofing makes no guarantee that an insurance claim will be approved or that financing will be extended.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

For One-Time Service Appointments

Cancellations or reschedules with at least 48 hours notice are accepted at no charge
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as stated in your service agreement
Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid

For Recurring or Scheduled Service Plans

Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to info@neighborhoodroofing.com
Skipping or rescheduling a recurring appointment requires at least 48 hours notice
Repeated same-day cancellations may result in removal from recurring scheduling

Weather and Emergency Delays

Neighborhood Roofing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available date at no charge to you.

8. Property Access and Client Responsibilities

When you engage Neighborhood Roofing for on-site services, you agree to the following:

You represent that you are the property owner or have the authority to authorize services at the property
You will provide safe and reasonably unobstructed access to the areas where services are to be performed
You will disclose any known hazards, structural concerns, or special conditions at the property that may affect the safety of our team or the outcome of the work
You will secure or remove pets, valuables, and fragile items from work areas prior to our arrival
You will ensure that utilities required for the work (water, electricity) are operational and accessible unless otherwise arranged in advance
Failure to provide adequate access at the scheduled time may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of deposit

Pre-existing conditions:

Neighborhood Roofing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions at the property that are discovered during or after the service. We will make reasonable efforts to document and communicate any pre-existing conditions found before or during work.

This Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. Neighborhood Roofing makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Site.
