Neighborhood Roofing is an authorized GAF Commercial MASTER Contractor. We are experienced in repair and replacement of low sloped roofs. We are authorized to offer factory inspections and guarantees on labor, materials, and workmanship for up to 35 years depending on the project type and materials specified.
We offer several types of materials that are made specifically for use on low sloped roofs in northern climates (Michigan). We go over your roof for: slope drainage, insulation requirements, penetrations, curbs, and many other specific conditions that determine your roof’s needs. We will design, specify, and engineer the products and installation techniques that will be required to produce a finished product that will be dependable and will hold up to our unique weather.
