This stunning home in Ann Arbor was in need of a new roofing system. We replace the roofing deck and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black. We installed an edge vent along with exhaust vents to help remove any built-up heat and moisture inside the attic for year-round ventilation. We installed copper flashing for an extra unique design that goes with this extraordinary home. Each piece was custom cut-to-fit. Copper is an extremely durable material and offers little maintenance and an extensive life.
