To prevent leaks, we added a customized flashing solution called a chimney saddle around the base of the chimney to divert water. This will protect the home from water, snow, and debris all year round. It will also help with leaves pilling up. Additionally, we installed new gutter covers to ensure there are no clogs. Overall, this renovation will not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the house but also ensure that it remains safe and protected for years to come.
