Ann Arbor, MI

Shingles: EPDM

This home in Ann Arbor had a flat section of the roof that met the base of a sloped roof where the water would run off. We installed EPDM, a synthetic rubber material that is highly effective in withstanding water damage. To avoid excessive water pooling, we installed a Copper scupper which allows water to drain. We also installed a cooper edging to achieve a cohesive and stylish look.

EPDM roofing is a popular choice for flat roofs due to its durability and resistance to weather and environmental factors. When it comes to unique designs like this Ann Arbor home, EPDM roofing can be especially useful due to its versatility and ability to conform to different shapes and angles. Our team took extra care to ensure that the EPDM roofing was properly installed and sealed to prevent any water damage or leaks. The addition of the Copper scupper and edging not only added to the functionality of the roof, but also helped to enhance the overall aesthetic of the home. We take pride in our work and are pleased to have been able to provide a high-quality roofing solution for this unique Ann Arbor home.
