Shingles: Owens Corning Duration

Color: Driftwood

This Ann Arbor townhouse’s roof was having various issues. The initial roof design, combed with improper ventilation was causing leaks and condensation build up. We constructed a roof saddle to redirect the water flow. We installed edge vents to help with air flow through the attic. We also installed new skylights and sun tubes to add more natural light within the home. This new additions increase both the performance of the roof and the comfort of the homeowner.
