Ann Arbor, Michigan

The Neighborhood Roofing crew installed a replacement roof on this Ann Arbor home. They used Certainteed’s Independence laminated shingles for this unique steep hipped roof.  These shingles have an unusual color blending process and deep shadow lines for a dramatic, dimensional appearance like no other asphalt shingle. Randomly placed tabs are woven to create this a one-of-a-kind design.

The crew also installed foam insulation to reduce heating and cooling lost and to insure that the new roofing has been properly ventilated to keep the manufacturer’s shingle warranty valid.

Shingle: Certainteed Independence

Color: Weathered Wood
