How Things Work

Thank you for choosing to work with Neighborhood Roofing!

This document is intended to provide our customers with a general guide to the process and timing that most jobs follow. As with any process there are exceptions to this that may shorten or lengthen the timing of a specific job however the steps should remain consistent. If you have any specific questions about your job please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Step 1

1.Proposal Signed

It all starts with signing our proposal. You will receive an email confirmation of your acceptance of the proposal.

From this point forward, WE’VE GOT THIS. We will contact you to get what is needed to make the process flow smoothly.

2.Office Contact

Once a proposal is signed, Neighborhood Roofing will contact you via phone or email to make arrangements for a deposit and begin the shingle and color selection process.

We will reach out when your invoice is ready to let you know we are sending it

3. Final Selections

If final shingle and color selections are not confirmed yet Neighborhood Roofing will reach out to you.

Please provide final selections as soon as possible to prevent scheduling delays due to material availability.

4. Week of Schedule

If final shingle and color selections are not confirmed yet Neighborhood Roofing will reach out to you.

5. Day of Schedule

Typically the Thursday and Friday before the week that your job is scheduled, Neighborhood Roofing will contact you to schedule your job to a specific day.

At this time, we will go over the scope of work and what to expect the day of the job.

5-6 weeks

6. Work Completed

Neighborhood Roofing has project managers who are on-site during all of our jobs to monitor the work, fetch materials when needed, and ensure all of the work is completed.

They will touch base with you throughout the job to answer your questions and keep you informed.

6-8 weeks

7. Final Invoice

After the work is completed, Neighborhood Roofing will send you a final invoice.

We will call you before sending your invoice.

8. Final Payment

Once final payment is made Neighborhood Roofing will provide a “paid in full” receipt and provide proof of any required warranty information.
