You can tell from the picture, the shingles were faded, curling and chipping exposing the roof to the elements. We used Owens Corning Duration FLEX shingles in Brownwood. The Duration FLEX shingles have the highest impact rating possible: UL 2218 Class 4. Depending on your insurance, the FLEX shingles may qualify you for a homeowners discount. The new shingles give the home a renewed pop of color.
