This roof had issues due to inadequate airflow. We installed a mid-roof ventilation system. This vent has a low-profile that blends seamlessly with the rest of the roof, so aesthetics is not sacrifice for protection. This new system will help reduce heat and moisture buildup that can lead to ice damming and roof deterioration. We also installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Stormcloud.
