EverGuard® PVC
EverGuard® PVC is a high performing single‐ply membrane that provides UV and fire resistance. EverGuard® PVC XK is manufactured with KEE Elvaloy which offers built‐in resistance to grease, oil, and chemicals. Similar to TPO, it is a flexible roofing membrane with high reflectivity that results in increased energy savings. PVC membranes can be installed in a variety of ways and are guaranteed up to 25 years.

RhinoBond® System from GAF : “Your Fast And Easy Option For Fastening TPO Single-Ply Membranes”
Drill-Tec™ RhinoBond® fastener plate is used to attach rigid insulation to roof decks. The special TPO coating on the plates allows for EverGuard® TPO membrane to be welded to each plate using the RhinoBond® magnetic induction welding tool. Insulation and
membrane are attached using one fastener to create a durable roofing system.

You can also choose to have the pre-finished aluminum and galvanized steel coated with Kynar® 500 covered by 20-year limited warranty.
Kynar 500® fluropolymer coating is a high-performance architectural finish offering unparalleled resistance to weathering, aging and pollution. Post-finished Kynar is available in a wide range of colors. A limited twenty (20) year warranty is available on the standard coil-coated colors shown above. A limited ten (10) year warranty is available on custom post-coated applications.

Johns Manville’s EPDM roofing materials are manufactured using advanced extrusion technology.
