The exhaust from the dryer was being vented into the attic space of this Ann Arbor home. The warm, moist air inside the vent tends to condense which causes moisture problems. We also saw a build up of lint that you can see on the roof deck. The correct rooftop vent was installed for this situation. We installed Owens Corning Duration Aged Copper shingles along with SBS 2 Ply at the low slope part of the roof.
